the park in the afternoon

They found this spot, with soft dirt, under the tree.. Kota rolled it in and made his face grey. I got a glimpse of what he will look like REALLY old ;-)

I just thought this was a cool action shot ;-)

"Look ma! No paws!!!"

Look what Mandy's bringing to Nationals!

Provided all works out with the three of them, he will come home and be called CHANCE.

He is a littermate to Leo's new girl Celie... out of the Carbon x Addy litter. I wasn't in the market for a dog... had no desire to even GET a dog... I saw this boy and he caught my eye. He was then offered to me and I declined. He was offered again and I told Chris that if she had a home for him, to go ahead. She offered him to me yet a third time when his original "plan" fell through (Anne? were you in the market on this puppy?)
I've said for a while now that I'd like to breed Sedona to a tan pointed blue. I want tan pointed puppies! So hopefully little blue puppy boy (aka Chance) will grow into a good sperm donor for Sedona :) He sure is flashy, and I've heard an arm load of good things about him... He has eyes like his papa... split. Should be interesting.

If he wins my heart (yea right, like he couldn't!) he will be named :
Farpoint's Takin' Chances
I'm takin' a chance on him... and I've always liked the name Chance for a dog :) Fits the situation and he's a cutie patootie.
I SO don't want to potty train another dog right now.... and I hope it doesn't mess up the relationship between Sedona and Kota... We'll see. We'll take our Chance :) Worst case scenario is that he returns to Spokane via airplane... we'll see how things play out.
