Pictures of the new house

I met with Karen & Mark, my new landlords (weird to think of them that way....They're also co-workers.). We went over the lease and then we went over to the house to talk about the things that needed to be done and when (and by whom) those things would be done.

While I was there, I snapped some pictures, since the last post about the house didn't have pictures of MOST of the house! LOL
Below is the Master Bedroom:
Yes. It's half painted an odd shade of blue. That is on the "to-do" list, of course... thinking of paint ideas... anyone have any suggestions?? ;-)

Below is the Master Closet....

My current master closet is HUGE... this one MIGHT be bigger.

The ONLY shower in the house. The ONLY real drawback about the house, to be honest. For as infrequently as I have visitors, it's not a major deal, but strange, I thought...

If you were to turn directly around, 180 degrees, there is another vanity right there too... weird set up.

This is the view out of the master bedroom into the rest of the upstairs.
The door immediately to the right is the bathroom door into the hallway. You can see the stairs to the left and the loft behind the stairs (darker area). The room straight ahead is going to be the guest bedroom I think, and if you turned down the short hallway to the right at the entrance of the guest bedroom, is another bedroom I will have as my office.

The laundry room (they should have put a full bath HERE and had the little bathroom the laundry room!). This room is QUITE BIG for a laundry room... this photo doesn't really show it all that well...

I still didn't get pictures of the back yard, I realized... it's completely bare, and will be until I get in and grow some grass. Once I've got grass established, they'll bring in the desert rock to fill in around where the grass is growing. I also have permission to have a small garden in an area that is perfectly sectioned off for one! :) SO excited to grow some goodies!

I'll get the keys on the 15th to start moving in... I'll be completely out of this house by the 1st.
