Barb and Cheri were in Flagstaff for the Vallhund National, and they brought along Ollie's litter sister, Maizey!! I haven't seen her in YEARS! It was great to see her :)
and here were the baby Vallhund kids they brought along... They were naughty-cute :)Between conformation and Rally, I took the dogs for a walk and I got the chance to use my new toy.... :)
The kids in their first of many group shots of the weekend... not the best, but it's THEM, in PINE NEEDLES! :) Yay! It smelled so amazing!!!!!
More beautiful flowers from the walk....
The crew walking side by side... they seem to do this automatically. It generally garnishes lots of giggles and many variations on "you've got quite the pack there".... yes yes, I have my own herd of Cardigans... yes yes, they're very good.... yes, yes, they all do get along. :)
For the last few years, we've taken a picture in front of this tree.... the FIRST year
The SECOND year
I can't seem to find last years picture.... but here is THIS years.... :)
This is Old Main, on NAU's campus... it's an old historic building - one that has been there since the beginning of the University... I thought it would be pretty to get a picture of the dogs in front of it, but I seemed to have not gotten the dogs in focus.... :( Oh well, you can see the IDEA I had ;-)
and as some 'locals' were walking by, they were charmed by the Cardi girls.... Piper giving love, and Sedona finding something to rub in.... nice Sis... real nice.
Then I let them just frolic....
and then I made them 'pose' again... gooooood dogs!
I turned around and snapped this shot of the pretty tree :)
The dogs and I went for a walk. This tree is strung with Christmas lights and is BEAUTIFUL in the winter.
This statue was put up in my last year at NAU - it was a tribute to the Code Talkers.
Another shot of Old Main....
and then a few nature shots I grabbed while I was up on the mountain where Lowell Observatory is...
