Sedona's naughty little tail....

I knew that 'someone' had been surface munching the grass. I'd never caught anyone in the act to stop them... until today!

And this was the final damage after I got her attention.
Little turkey!

and from above...

Little bad girl dog!! :P

our next house....

from left to right in the picture, you've got a bedroom, another bedroom, and the loft....

the master bedroom window upstairs and the dining area in the kitchen below it... the living room window is all alone on the other side... LOTS of area to set up a nice patio set with a big ole umbrella to sit under! :)
street view of the "hood" :)
the front door, duh.
the other side of the door - the floor in the entry is Pergo, as is the kitchen. Not sure about the bathrooms....
And lastly, the living room, view into the kitchen/dining room and the stairs...
Unfortunately they didn't photograph the individual rooms.... the downstairs bath is a cool red color, there is a HUGE laundry room downstairs, and under the stairs storage.... along with the 3 bedrooms and loft upstairs. The kitchen is barely visible, and you can see the pantry from this view, and part of the bay window.

The carpet looked darker in person than in these pictures.... I wonder if the carpet was replaced. The carpet in the house is actually a dark color (hooray!)

So here's the first glimpse of our new digs... I don't NEED all this space, but it's a good deal, and I'd MUCH rather rent from an individual than a crappy property management company.
Once I get pictures of the other rooms, I'll post those too... Not sure when I'll actually be able to move in, but it'll probably be no later than 8/15 if I had to guess....
