Danny Gokey was in Queen Creek on Saturday. He came in 3rd on Season 8 of American Idol. He was my favorite from the start. I'm not too proud. Yes. I voted for him every single time. :)
When I found out he would be in my backyard (figuratively), I jumped at the chance. I had 2nd row, just off center seats. :)
(his keyboardist was beautiful as well!)
My FAVORITE picture.... :)
Afterwards, he and Scott MacIntyre (also from season 8) sat in the lobby signing autographs and meeting with the fans.
They were both amazingly humble and SUPER nice. I got a little "star struck" and after leaving suddenly thought of all the things I wish I would have told Danny. :) Oh well. I hope I get the chance to see him again - he was AMAZING live... :) Super fun show with an amazing artist!!
